Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead Admin workflow configuration and the Platform design system. You will shape how AI-powered legal work is crafted, govern design systems, and guide a team across systems and prototyping.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable value for customers and executives. You will own the system, tool choices, and governance required to scale design work, balancing speed with quality.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Product Design, with 5+ years directly managing product designers.
• Experience owning a design system at real scale, including adoption work.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products.
• Strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch.
• Fluency with AI tooling in practice and opinions on its impact on design work.
• Proven experience leading design strategy and execution alongside Product and Engineering.
• Ability to define and ship high‑quality experiences in complex, ambiguous spaces.
• Excellent judgment, clarity, empathy, and accountability in leadership roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own Admin as a product: drive strategy and execution for the Admin platform in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Lead the design system: define patterns and governance for scalable AI-powered legal work.
• Own AI tooling for the design org: decide tools to adopt or build, and streamline workflows.
• Build and lead a high-craft IC team across systems, product, and prototyping.
• Lead across the org: collaborate with executives and customers to evolve the product and design processes.
