Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior UX & Service Designer to lead end-to-end experience architecture for enterprise initiatives. You will bridge customer insights with business roadmaps, shaping omnichannel journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, design artifacts like service blueprints and prototypes, and advocate cohesive design systems while navigating regulatory constraints and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years UX/experience architecture/service design experience with at least 1 year in a design leadership role.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping platforms and responsive web frameworks.
• Proven track record of end-to-end design thinking, cross-functional workshops, and user validation in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Experience Architecture, or Human-Computer Interaction, with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive human-centered artifacts including service blueprints, conceptual models, and interactive prototypes to drive design alignment.
• Optimize multi-channel experience architecture balancing usability, findability, enterprise and regulatory constraints.
• Champion cohesive design system standards across digital touchpoints to elevate brand equity.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and research leaders to translate insights into scalable product solutions.
