Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Social Studies or Anthropology.
• Interface/Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and data analytics methods.

Responsibilities

• Independently or collaboratively conduct user research and usability studies to uncover valuable insights.
• Partner with external vendors and academia to identify user and customer needs and pinpoint gaps in their experiences.
• Analyze customer data from internal systems and external studies to reveal key needs and experience gaps.
• Collaborate closely with UX Designers to propose system solutions, design innovative concepts, and define project essentials such as principles, personas, journey maps, and use cases.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning the UX strategy for North America and on a global scale.
• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the team’s overall success.
