Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent research discipline to generate deep insights into user interactions with modern financial products.
• Lead primary research across surveys, interviews, usability tests, and concept testing.
• Educate cross-functional teams and ensure findings are implemented into product decisions.
• Triangulate data from customer feedback, employee input, and analytics to inform strategies.
• Communicate insights through stories and presentations to drive decision-making.
