M&T Bank Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Senior UX Researcher to shape customer- and banker-facing experiences. You will deliver actionable research that informs business decisions, drives innovation, and improves user experiences across customer and employee audiences.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate insights into concrete recommendations, support decision-making, and help define the future vision for financial products while adhering to risk

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience.
Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience with accessibility standards and cross‑platform issues.

Responsabilités

Establish and evolve a consistent research discipline to generate deep insights.
Drive definition of user problem statements and align around them.
Engage crossfunctional teams through research practices and ensure findings are implemented.
Apply a range of UX Research methodologies including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Build partnerships with Market Research and analytics teams to inform company understanding of user needs.
