Job summary

The Senior UX Researcher at PointClickCare drives strategic and tactical product decisions by planning and conducting research, usability studies, and mixed-method discovery. Working with Product and UX Design, you identify participants, recruit studies, and translate insights into design recommendations.

You will lead projects and communicate outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. This is a remote USA role with opportunities to travel to customer sites a few times per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a UX researcher or similar role.
• Strong ability to create research plans and synthesize findings.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research activities and participant recruitment.
• Plan studies, develop guides, conduct sessions, and analyze data.
• Translate findings into actionable product strategy and design.
