The Senior UX Researcher leads end-to-end research activities, recruits participants, selects methodologies, synthesizes findings, and translates insights into strategy and design recommendations, communicating decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Product, UX Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Data Science, Customer Insights, and internal subject matter experts to advance user-centered outcomesExperience using AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to enable day-to-day research work5+ years of experience as a UX researcher or in a similar customer-focused research roleAbility to travel to customer sites on a limited basis, approximately four times per yearExperience collaborating in Figma and Miro; this role contributes to prototype-based research but is not expected to create prototypesPreferred Experience:Experience researching healthcare, medical, regulated, payer, acute-care, or financial applicationsDemonstrated ability to create research strategy and discovery plans, develop discussion guides, select methodologies, conduct interviews and studies, and quickly analyze and synthesize findingsStrong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with the ability to translate real user feedback into insights that drive user-centered decisions for broad audiencesBachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, human-computer interaction, information systems, or a related fieldExperience with research and survey tools such such as Dovetail, User Interviews, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, and analytics or product-experience platforms such as PendoStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain strategic decisions, present findings, persuade, negotiate, and articulate alternative approaches
