Job summary

PointClickCare, a leading health tech company, seeks a Senior UX Researcher for a 6-month contract, remote in the USA. You will partner with Product and UX Design to plan and conduct studies, recruit participants, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will apply qualitative and quantitative methods, run usability tests, and contribute to product decisions for healthcare workflows. Travel to customer sites about four times per year may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on UX research or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to plan studies and synthesize findings
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Experience with listed tools (Dovetail, User Interviews, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Pendo)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel ~4 times per year
• Experience using AI tools ( Claude and Copilot )

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research activities from recruitment to sharing findings
• Collaborate with Product and UX Design to inform decisions
• Translate insights into strategy and design recommendations
• Lead workshops and communicate decisions to leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to promote best practices
