Job summary

Ōura is seeking a senior UX Researcher to elevate the discovery, evaluation, purchase, and management of Oura products and Membership online. Initial focus on global DTC eCommerce with growth into Membership and B2B experiences.

The role is remote in the US with a preference for candidates in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston. You will lead end-to-end studies, synthesize insights, and drive product strategy with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of user research guiding end-to-end studies.
Experience evaluating digital commerce, B2B, or SaaS/web apps.
Strong qualitative research mastery: in-depth interviews, usability studies, synthesis.

Responsibilities

Spearhead holistic user research initiatives across digital commerce and portals from scope to guidance.
Design and conduct interviews, usability tests, concept testing, and card sorting.
Collaborate with Design, PM, Eng, Insights, Marketing, and Commercial partners to surface priorities.
Synthesize research into journey maps, entry-point analysis, Jobs to Be Done, and friction maps.
Integrate qualitative findings with analytics, experiments, and heuristics.
Articulate themes to leadership linking motivations to business metrics.
Improve internal research ops with scalable frameworks and templates.
