Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a UX Researcher V to lead remote, end-to-end research programs focused on product risk and compliance. You will design and execute mixed-method studies, partner with Product, Design, and Data Science, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

The role requires a BA/BS in a human-behavior field and 10+ years of experience designing large-scale research programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Independently designs and executes mixed-methods studies, adapting when constraints change.
• Quantitative competence: survey design, weighting, and analysis with standard stats tools.
• Qualitative depth in varied methods to produce objective recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Scope and run mixed-methods studies (interviews, diaries, surveys, usability) on risk and compliance experiences.
• Own studies end-to-end: plan, recruit via vendors, field, analyze, and share outcomes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and triangulate against product logs.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Maintain research documentation and handoffs for continuity when leave occurs.
