Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation seeks an experienced UX Researcher III to work onsite in Seattle, collaborating with XR researchers and scientists to shape prototype-driven studies. You will help plan, run, and document sessions, and summarize early insights under senior guidance.

You will set up prototypes, pilot sessions, and develop materials, while independently moderating sessions and collecting data for preliminary analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of best practices in qualitative research; basic quantitative data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with XR researchers to plan sessions and protocols.
• Set up prototypes and run research sessions.
• Pilot studies, test prototypes, and develop study protocol materials.
• Moderate study sessions, manage time, and guide in-the-moment decisions.
