Healing Strides Counseling is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead customer-centric insights across digital and in-store experiences, including healthcare or pharmacy journeys where applicable. You will partner with product, design, and business teams to shape seamless omnichannel experiences and influence strategic decisions through impactful research.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in UX research, with retail or consumer products.
• Ability to independently lead large-scale research initiatives.
• Strong communication and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end UX research across digital and physical retail touchpoints.
• Define research strategies aligned with business goals for online and in-store experiences.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies).
• Translate findings into actionable insights for product strategy and roadmap.
• Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for end-to-end experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, UX Design, Analytics, and Operations to integrate insights.
• Mentor junior researchers and build scalable research frameworks.
• Advocate for accessibility and user-centered design across touchpoints.
• Synthesize insights from analytics and customer feedback.
