Job summary

Target seeks a Senior Manager of UX Research for Stores to lead the research strategy and partner with Product, Design, Technology, and Store Operations to improve decisions and outcomes. You will guide a team of researchers, ensure research informs product strategy, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You will advance responsible AI-enabled research, coach researchers, and maintain high standards of rigor, ethics, and collaboration across teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX/product research or related field.
• Experience leading remote or cross-geography teams.
• Ability to connect research to product strategy and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stores UX Research strategy with cross-functional partners.
