You will mentor junior researchers, advance methodologies, and scale research operations while partnering with designers, product managers, and engineering in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience conducting one-on-one user interviews, usability tests, and generative research.
• Ability to synthesize findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience partnering with product managers and designers in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from kickoff through insight delivery across multiple product teams.
• Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for product, design, and senior leadership.
• Mentor junior researchers and help evolve UX research practices and repositories.
• Plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated studies, including diary studies and evaluations.
