Verizon seeks an Associate Director of UX Research to lead multi-brand UX strategy and research programs. You will guide senior leaders, align with business goals, and drive AI-enabled experience research across web and mobile platforms.

You will mentor a team of contracted researchers, scale governance, and partner with analytics, data science, and product teams to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of UX research experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven mastery in designing and executing qualitative and mixed-methods research end-to-end (interviews, usability tests, diary studies, surveys).

• Own the UX research strategy and roadmaps across a multi-brand portfolio, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
• Oversee the active research roadmap, prioritization, and timely delivery across multiple programs.
• Conduct end-to-end, high-quality UX research and deliver actionable reports as a principal-level practitioner.
• Lead research across web, mobile, account management, payments, billing, search, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Explain research findings to senior leaders and translate insights into clear product recommendations and roadmaps.
