Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a highly experienced Lead UX Designer to guide the design of complex and expansive user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, business partners, and other designers to create intuitive, accessible, and performant experiences.

We support product teams with configurable features, leverage AI-enabled tools, and aim to drive enhanced end-user experiences and business performance.

• Proven ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, user-friendly experiences
• Sophisticated sense of visual design/style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous product improvements by researching and rapidly designing iterative functional solutions to enhance the user experience
• Use, contribute to, and advocate for a systems-based design methodology
• Support user research and testing by gathering assumptions and writing hypotheses
• Access, understand, and utilize site data and metrics to validate the success of an implemented design
• Work side-by-side with developers to build and validate all visual/functional enhancements
• Present solutions to cross-functional and brand partners
• Display an understanding of how the e-commerce platform works and contributors to strategic roadmap planning
• Lead collaborative working sessions with cross-functional partners to identify and solve problems
• Act as a mentor to junior designers
• Give back to the design team by critiques and sharing new learnings
