Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a seasoned Lead UX Designer to guide complex, scalable digital experiences across our products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to translate goals into intuitive, accessible solutions.

You’ll drive a systems-based approach, mentor teammates, and push design excellence from concept to delivery while balancing user needs with business goals.

Formación

• Passionate advocate for the end user.
• Expertise in UI, visual and interaction design.
• Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute initiatives spanning our entire shopping experience.
• Contribute to and evangelize the design system and its content.
• Mentor teammates and model design best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements with research and rapid prototyping.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to define problems and solutions.
• Advocate for a systems-based methodology for co-branded implementations.
• Support user research by crafting hypotheses and questions for tests.
• Utilize site data to validate designs and inform new solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to implement visual and functional enhancements.
• Present design solutions to partners and align with product roadmaps.
• Contribute to critiques and share learnings to improve team processes.
