Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user research initiatives that inform product strategy and customer experience improvements. This is a research-focused role with no UX/UI design responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will uncover insights, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and present them to product, business, and technology stakeholders. The UX Researcher will own planning, execution, analysis, and presentation of about one significant study per month

Qualifications

5+ years of UX Research experience.
Experience leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies.
Strong expertise in research methodologies.
Ability to translate complex findings into concise business recommendations.
Experience presenting findings to executives and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, analyze, and present approximately one significant research study per month.
Support ongoing discovery efforts across the organization.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, business, and technology stakeholders.
