Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Lead UX Designer to guide complex, scalable experiences for our digital products. You will work with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers to deliver intuitive, accessible solutions that delight customers and drive business value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI or equivalent design experience.
• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Proficiency with industry standard design tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of web and native app design differences.
• E-commerce experience for retail/fashion brands highly desired.
• Experience delivering testable, measurable business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute initiatives across the entire shopping experience.
• Support and evangelize the design system as a key content contributor.
• Mentor and model best practices in design, culture, and craft.
• Drive continuous improvements by researching and prototyping features.
• Lead cross‑functional sessions to define problems and solutions.
• Support co‑branded implementations within a systems‑based approach.
• Collaborate with researchers, product, engineers and brand partners.
