Job summary

Infinitive is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to accelerate AI adoption across a large U.S. financial institution. You will study how associates work, identify friction, and propose actionable improvements to tools and processes.

You will lead observational research, interviews, and usability studies, translating findings into practical guidance for product, training, and change teams. You will collaborate with lines of business, stakeholders, and leadership to advance enterprise AI capabilities

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX research or closely related field.
• Experience planning and conducting observational research, contextual inquiries, and usability assessments in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience designing and facilitating focus groups, workshops, and qualitative user studies.
• Proven ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product, training, and change management teams.
• Experience studying how employees interact with enterprise applications and digital workplace tools.
• Excellent facilitation, synthesis, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and facilitate focus groups, interviews, workshops, and structured studies across diverse associate populations.
• Conduct usability testing and task-based evaluations of AI tools, prototypes, and enterprise workflows.
• Synthesize findings into clear, evidence-based insights and prioritized recommendations.
• Create journey maps, user personas, opportunity assessments, and concise research summaries.
• Collaborate with AI adoption leaders, product managers, and change management teams to implement improvements.
