Job summary

Itential seeks a Senior UX Designer to join our Product Operations team. You will partner with leadership to shape UX strategy for complex, enterprise‑scale products in a B2B SaaS context.

This is a research‑driven leadership role focused on UX research, design governance, and mentoring a researchers’ team. You will work with product managers from early requirements, lead cross‑functional workshops, and influence product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of UX design or similar leadership experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating tackling ambiguous, high‑complexity problems with measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of WCAG accessibility standards and experience designing for regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and UX solution work for complex product spaces influencing strategy and architecture.
• Mentor researchers and integrate user insights into strategic design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers from requirements and journey stages before designs are created.
• Map cross‑product journeys, identify touchpoints and friction points to inform roadmaps.
• Justify design decisions with data, competitive analysis, and cross‑functional input.
• Shape product strategy and roadmaps by understanding users and market trends.
