Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX Research or related degree preferred.
• Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Familiar with Jobs to Be Done framework and applying research findings.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with Product, Design, and Content stakeholders to understand priorities and initiatives.
• Scope qualitative and quantitative studies with stakeholders and define execution plan.
• Execute project work in collaboration with manager and team.
• Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to influence design decisions.
• Contribute to the UX Research community and improve practices and processes.
