Fidelity is seeking a Principal UX Researcher to shape product strategy by leading qualitative and quantitative research across initiatives. You will partner with Product, Design, and Content to uncover user needs and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.

You will design studies, drive projects to completion with little oversight, mentor teams, and contribute to a growing UX research community within Fidelity's enterprise UX function.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of proven experience conducting/leading UX research.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience designing and leading qualitative and quantitative studies.

• Engage daily with Product, Design, and Content stakeholders.
• Scope studies with objectives, questions, and constraints.
• Execute projects independently with minimal oversight.
