Job summary

Vanguard seeks a senior UX designer to craft mobile-first, enterprise-grade experiences for field professionals. You will apply UX strategy, user research, and rapid prototyping to deliver high-fidelity interfaces within the Access design system.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leads to shape AI-forward workflows, copilots, and generative AI-enabled tooling that accelerate user tasks while maintaining visual polish and usability.

Qualifications

5+ years of UX/product design industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent).
Mastery of Figma and FigJam; strong prototyping skills.
Deep expertise across interaction design, visual design, responsive layouts, information architecture, and design thinking.
Experience integrating generative AI tooling into design workflows.

Responsibilities

Execute intuitive, engaging experiences through advanced interaction design, visual craftsmanship, and rapid prototyping.
Translate sales workflows, business objectives, and user insights into scalable design solutions with AI assistive features.
Design and maintain high-fidelity UI leveraging Vanguard’s Access design system.
Produce polished design artifacts ready for development handoff.
Support design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and journey mapping initiatives.
Collaborate with IT product teams across Agile delivery cycles to validate UI against specs.
