Levelpath is seeking a high-performing designer who is a curious product thinker. You will spend time with customers to uncover underserved needs and work with Design, Product, and Engineering to iterate from story mapping to prototypes.

You will deliver delightful experiences on mobile and web, maintain usability standards, and contribute to the Design System. You are a UI whiz who values simplicity, usability, and thoughtful interactions, and you collaborate to bring strong ideas from

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to solve problems and deliver delightful experiences.
• Experience validating assumptions, gathering feedback from users and teams, and iterating accordingly.
• Experience with both mobile and web design and understanding their similarities and differences.
• Deep care for users, with empathy guiding design decisions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to generate good ideas from any source.
• Approach to Interaction Design with intentional, user-centered thinking.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing designer who is an insatiably curious product thinker with a knack for rapidly iterating on simple solutions to complex problems. In this role you will:
• Spend time with our customers to discover, and understand their underserved needs
• Work closely with our Head of Design, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver simple, elegant solutions, from story mapping through rough and high-fidelity prototypes, and continuous iteration
• Deliver delightful user experiences and interactions on both mobile and web
• Establish and maintain strong usability standards across our UX on both mobile and web
• Be responsible for delivering engineering-ready files to our engineering team in a clean, well-documented format
• Help contribute to and maintain the Design System
• Be an owner of the work you are responsible for and expected to perform at a high bar
