Job summary

CCS INC is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end web-based product experiences from discovery to handoff, based in Plano, TX. You will partner with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, accessible experiences customers trust.

You will operate with autonomy, ground decisions in user research and business outcomes, and help set the team's craft bar. Strong portfolio required; agile experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with ownership of end-to-end initiatives.
• Expert-level Figma, prototyping, and interaction design skills.
• Strong visual design skills — typography, layout, color, spacing, and attention to detail.
• Experience building and contributing to design systems.
• A track record leading user research and usability testing, turning insights into decisions.
• Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills — explain design rationale to any audience and influence across teams.
• A portfolio showing senior-level impact: problem, process, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
