This role is for a "builder"—someone capable of both hands-on design execution and high-level strategic consulting. As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead the user experience and visual architecture for a range of client and internal projects. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex technology initiatives into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products.

Responsibilities

• System Design: Conduct user research and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Product Vision: Collaborate with developers and product leads to define UX strategy and ensure technical feasibility for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Asset Leadership: Deliver comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and developer-ready assets to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Strategic Feedback: Participate in design reviews and provide expert, actionable feedback based on UX best practices and user-centered design methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated excellence in responsive web design and native mobile app design (iOS/Android).
