Job summary

Prudential Financial seeks a senior Product Designer to translate customer insights into practical design solutions across digital touchpoints. You will drive end-to-end product thinking, IA, and prototyping while collaborating with marketing, product, and technology teams to shape the customer journey.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll apply lean and agile practices, ensure accessibility, and communicate design rationale to leadership. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Design or UX with end-to-end product thinking and measurable impact.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or related consumer products is preferred.
• Strong methods: research, testing, IA, journey mapping, flows, wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and workshops.
• Ability to work with multiple business units and cross-functional teams to translate problems into design opportunities.
• Experience in lean and/or agile environments and with front-end integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business priorities into practical design recommendations.
• Create information architecture, flows, prototypes, and touchpoints to drive measurable outcomes.
• Identify patterns across journeys to propose new product opportunities and roadmaps.
• Co-create design solutions with developers, marketing, product, and SMEs.
• Present clear, evidence-based design decisions grounded in customer insights and accessibility.
