Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Design, UX or equivalent with a portfolio showing end-to-end digital product thinking.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or related sector preferred.
• Experience across multiple business units and cross-functional teams to frame complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and business priorities into practical design recommendations.
• Create information architecture, experience flows, prototypes, and digital touchpoints.
• Identify patterns across journeys to recommend new product opportunities and improvements.
• Apply human-centered design to define problems, generate concepts, and test assumptions.
• Iterate wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes aligned with user stories.
• Co-create design solutions with developers, marketing, product, and SMEs.
• Build evidence-based recommendations with rationale, impact, and implementation notes.
• Communicate design decisions with clear rationale grounded in insights and usability principles.
• Plan and facilitate collaborative sessions to align cross-functional teams on priorities and decisions.
• Analyze experiences to identify friction points and opportunities for measurable improvements.
