Senior UX Designer — Shape Enterprise Digital Experiences

Job summary

InRhythm, a fast-growing UX-focused partner, seeks a Senior UX Designer to tackle complex product challenges across digital payments and trading platforms. You will help translate problems into elegant flows, wireframes, and prototypes while guiding stakeholders toward user-centered solutions.

You will map user journeys, conduct usability tests, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align design decisions with business goals and user value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX Design experience across web and desktop.
• 3+ years at a single in-house brand/product with diverse projects.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using Design Language Systems and component libraries.
• Create user tests and conduct A/B testing with tools like UserZoom, Maze or UserTesting.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision and related tools.
• Portfolio showing lifecycle from strategy to delivery handoff and testing.
• Keen eye for design and ability to contribute individually while collaborating in a team.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design from problem space to concrete solutions.
• Map user flows, problem statements, and business processes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on insights.
• Facilitate conversations among product owners, PMs, BAs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs align with overall business goals and metrics.
