Prudential Peak, the well-being and longevity portal, seeks a Senior Experience Designer to lead UX/product design, translating customer needs into engaging digital experiences for policyholders and their loved ones. This role sits inside the Long-Term Care team and collaborates with marketing, product, technology, operations, data, and compliance.

You will shape end-to-end experiences, establish information architecture, and scale the design across Prudential products while navigating ambiguity

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Design, UX or equivalent design role with end-to-end digital product thinking.
• Agency or corporate experience in financial services, insurance, or similar sector preferred.
• Solid experience in research, user testing, IA/site mapping, journey mapping, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and workshop facilitation.
• Experience framing complex business challenges as customer problems across multiple business units.
• Ability to drive work forward autonomously in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of IA, taxonomy, content strategy, plain language, and accessibility.
• Experience in lean and/or agile environments.
• Basic front-end development integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs, insights, and business priorities into practical design recommendations.
• Create intuitive IA, experience flows, prototypes, and digital touchpoints for measurable outcomes.
• Identify patterns across journeys to inform new product opportunities and roadmaps.
• Apply human-centered design to define problems, test concepts, and refine solutions.
• Produce wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes aligned with user stories.
• Co-create feasible design solutions with developers, marketing, product, and SMEs.
• Communicate design decisions with clear rationale tied to customer insights and business goals.
• Lead collaborative sessions to align cross-functional teams on priorities and decisions.
• Analyze experiences to identify friction, accessibility gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
