Qualifications

• Six-plus years in a UX/product design role with end-to-end product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and business priorities into design recommendations.
• Create intuitive IA, flows, prototypes, and touchpoints supporting measurable outcomes.
• Identify patterns across journeys to propose new opportunities and roadmap priorities.
• Apply human-centered design to define problems and validate solutions.
• Iterate wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes from user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, product, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Present design decisions with clear rationale tied to customer insight and business goals.
• Plan and facilitate collaborative sessions to align cross-functional teams.
