Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems ADS is seeking a Senior UX Product Experience Lead to join a small crossfunctional pod supporting the Customer Experience Platform. You will own the end-to-end user experience—from discovery and research to detailed UI prototyping and implementation—working closely with engineers to ship working software.

This on-site role in Hilliard, OH requires leading conversations with customers and senior partners, creating polished Figma artifacts, and turning business complexity

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on UX leader able to design and prototype in Figma.
• Experience leading customer interviews and usability testing.
• Ability to translate customer needs into journeys and UI specs.
• Collaborates with engineers to deliver working software.
• External customer-facing product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary UX/Product Experience practitioner within the Customer Experience Platform pod.
• Lead experience design for the Private Preview and subsequent Beta.
• Own the UX/UI from discovery through implementation-ready design.
• Lead customer interviews, discovery conversations, usability testing and feedback activities.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and translate into product decisions.
• Create customer journeys, IA, flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs.
• Design intuitive experiences across areas like account management and ecommerce as the platform evolves.
• Partner with engineers throughout implementation to address constraints and edge cases.
