Amazon’s ADX CX seeks a Senior UX Designer to reimagine post-purchase experiences for millions of customers in Bellevue, WA. You will craft intuitive solutions, build scalable design systems, and collaborate with senior leaders across multiple teams to align customer needs with new technologies.

You’ll advocate for the customer with market insights and data, lead design for delivery experiences, and communicate complex interactions through flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience and a strong online portfolio.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns & UX standards.
• Strong background in UI, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Lifecycle design projects from strategy to execution.
• Familiar with AI-assisted design workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Bring innovative ideas to elevate delivery customer experience.
• Advocate for customers using data, insights, and business context.
• Collaborate with business and development teams for scalable solutions.
• Create flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to communicate interactions.
• Validate features via usability testing, user research, and analytics.
• Present work to UX partners, teams, and executives.
