Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in Figma, components, tokens, and design systems.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design Language System (DLS).
- Excellent communication to document design decisions.
- Able to collaborate within cross-functional product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces aligned with standards and guidelines.
- Lead design initiatives and contribute to new product features.
- Conduct user research and usability studies; synthesize findings.
- Create high-fidelity UI prototypes for testing and demos.
- Develop UX documentation and design specifications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to improve usability.
- Work independently while coordinating with teammates and progress tracking.
