Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior UX Designer to translate visual and experience direction into production-ready UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine, bridging design thinking with engineering execution.

You will chart UI flows, build a growable component library, and collaborate daily with engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are technically achievable, accessible, and performant. This role demands strong communication, hands-on Unreal UI experience, and a passion for gaming

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years shipping UI/UX for digital products or gaming interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma with reusable component libraries and documentation.
• Experience designing UI for Unreal Engine and UMG components.

Responsibilities

• Chart UI flows, user journeys, and interaction frameworks for in-game screens.
• Develop and maintain a scalable UI component library.
• Create annotated screens, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with client-side engineers and UI artists to ensure feasibility.
• Lead refinements based on playtesting and QA insights.
