Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, UX, or service design roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field encouraged to apply.
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience across consumer mobile apps, websites, or retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Design connected journeys across digital, in-store, and colleague tools.
• Practice service design to align frontstage and backstage operations.
• Conduct in-store discovery and phygital journey mapping.
• Architect information to organize complex enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and store operators.
• Design from concept to high-fidelity execution.
• Ensure enterprise consistency across channels.
• Mentor and elevate UX designers and stakeholders.
• Validate decisions with qualitative/quantitative data.
