Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years total experience with at least 4 years in product management, preferably in an agile Retail environment.
• Retail domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product roadmap from definition to execution.
• Collaborate with partners to coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Lead discussions and decision-making in large teams.
• Structure analyses to inform the roadmap and run A/B tests.
• Maintain a backlog of user stories driven by discovery insights.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering.
