Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a UX Designer to shape healthcare software experiences. You will collaborate with Product, Development, and Architecture to translate requirements into intuitive designs, create user journeys, and deliver interactive prototypes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience designing user experiences for commercial software products.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences including workflows, user flows, IA and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business requirements and technical constraints into scalable design solutions.
• Document holistic user experiences with journeys, process flows, site maps, and experience maps.
• Assist with user research activities including interviews, usability testing and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development and Architecture across the product lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Create interaction specifications and design documentation to support development.
• Ensure designs align with design systems, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design workflows and accelerate ideation.
• Stay current with UX, AI, accessibility and healthcare software trends.
