Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a UX Designer focused on Care Solutions to drive end-to-end design from discovery to delivery. You will work with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and clinical specialists to distill complex healthcare challenges into simple, useful experiences that empower patients and clinicians.

Qualified applicants have a bachelor's in UX-related field and 4+ years of professional UX design, with strong visual design and proficiency in Figma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional UX Design experience in consumer or health tech.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process from discovery to execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with designing accessible, responsive web and apps.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of parts of the user experience for patients and/or clinical staff.
• Collaborate with researchers, PMs, content strategists, and engineers to iterate designs.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented to spec.
• Contribute to the Verily Design System and participate in design critiques and cross-team initiatives.
• Evangelize UX through your work and user advocacy.
