Job summary

Relias US in Morrisville, NC is seeking an experienced Principal UX Designer–Design Operations to optimize and scale product operations across Relias’ portfolio. This role drives efficiency, data-driven decisions, and collaboration among UX, Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

The position focuses on owning UX processes, scaling practices across the lifecycle, and embedding AI thoughtfully to improve speed and decision quality, while ensuring accessibility standards are applied.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX design, product operations, or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams.
• Advanced knowledge of UX methodologies and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Owning and standardizing UX processes and templates.
• Scale UX practices across the product lifecycle and workflows.
