Job summary

Missing Link Security is seeking an experienced UX Designer III to support the OHS Training and Technical Assistance Data Platform (TTA Hub) for HHS/ACF. You will own end-to-end UX, conduct research, usability testing, and design accessible mobile and desktop workflows aligned with USWDS standards.

You will collaborate with federal, regional, and contractor users, develop wireframes and prototypes, and ensure content consistency across guides, onboarding, and training materials as a key

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of end-to-end UX experience with production services.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field (or portfolio-backed experience).
• Expertise in human-centered design and information architecture.
• Strong user and usability research skills.
• Experience designing accessible digital content and workflows.
• Visual design and prototyping experience.
• Ability to translate research into practical design solutions.
• Ability to maintain content standards and clear user-facing content.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and PIV card.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research across Federal, regional, and contractor user groups.
• Develop interview plans and conduct user interviews and usability testing.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts.
• Lead design handoff and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Design accessible mobile and desktop workflows aligned with USWDS.
• Evaluate experiences with assistive-technology users as appropriate.
• Serve as content strategist and writer for consistent patterns.
• Review onboarding and training language for accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain UX research artifacts and strategy records.
• Develop acceptance evidence for sprints and product lifecycle.
