Missing Link Security is seeking an experienced UX Designer III to support the Office of Head Start (OHS) Training and Technical Assistance Data Platform, known as the TTA Hub, in support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF).
The UX Designer III will research and design accessible TTA Hub experiences for Federal, regional, and contractor users while leading the content standards used across user guides, onboarding, and training materials. This role will own the end-to-end user experience process, from research and usability testing through interaction design, prototyping, and design handoff.
This is a Key Personnel position and will be named in our proposal.
The ideal candidate is an experienced UX professional who can take ownership of the complete user experience while balancing usability, accessibility, content, and program requirements. This individual is comfortable moving from research and discovery into detailed interaction design and working closely with technical teams through implementation.
We are looking for someone who is curious about how people actually use technology, skilled at translating research into practical design decisions, and committed to creating accessible experiences for a diverse user community. The successful candidate will also be a strong communicator and writer who can establish clear content standards and help ensure that product, onboarding, user guide, and training materials provide a consistent experience.
