Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a User Experience Analyst to support Health & Human Services with user-centered design and WCAG 2.1 compliance. The role involves creating wireframes, design standards, and reports for stakeholders and development teams.

The candidate will conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping, translating client visions into accessible digital experiences while collaborating across teams in a remote setup within the US.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of UX design experience.
Experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, Narrator) to test accessibility and keyboard navigation.
Wire-framing experience required.
Solid foundation in research and usability.
Experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability/accessibility assessments.

Responsibilities

Support Health & Human Services Agency with input and reporting on user experience and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
Deliver UX artifacts such as wireframes, design standards, and documentation for customers and development teams.
Assess current systems from a human-centered design perspective and produce a design report with remediation suggestions.
Ensure UX involvement in service and system development, enhancements, and operations.
Design high-fidelity wireframes for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Translate product vision into tangible experiences through research, sketching, prototyping, and testing.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions; balance multiple projects.
