Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Mid–Senior Designer for Global Navigation and Search within the Unified Experience Core portfolio. You will flex between navigation and search initiatives, balance high‑fidelity visuals with strategic UX, and help ensure cohesive journeys across the product.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years of enterprise UI/UX design, experience with component‑based design systems, and proficiency in Figma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical design experience.
• High comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid context-switching.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience operating within a collaborative, contribution-based design system workflow.
• Prior experience designing enterprise search interfaces or global header/footer navigation at scale.
• 3–6+ years of digital product design experience.
• Professional English communication skills.
