Jobgether is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer in the United States to shape intuitive, accessible digital products. You will lead the design process from discovery through prototyping and implementation, collaborating with researchers, marketing, creators, developers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-centric experiences.

The role emphasizes scalable design systems, responsive design across web and mobile, and a strong emphasis on accessibility and usability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Experience Design, or HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience creating journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Familiar with design systems and reusable components.
• Proficient with modern UX tools, especially Figma.
• Experience leveraging user research and analytics to improve designs.
• Collaborative across product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for complex digital experiences.
• Translate research and business objectives into effective design strategies.
• Map customer journeys and user flows to reduce friction.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders to address real needs.
• Create IA, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Collaborate with UX Research to incorporate feedback.
• Develop and apply reusable design patterns and systems.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile with accessibility.
• Work with Creative and dev teams to align visuals with UX goals.
• Prepare design docs and specifications for developers.
• Present concepts and rationale to teams.
• Analyze analytics and user feedback to identify improvements.
• Mentor other designers and participate in design reviews.
