Job summary

Adgtech seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will guide end-to-end design—from research and wireframes to prototyping and final delivery—while aligning with product goals and user needs.

You will mentor junior designers, build design systems for consistency, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into delightful interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
