Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own end-to-end design for search interfaces across our enterprise platforms. You will drive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals while aligning with the design system and contributing search-specific components.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers, shaping interactions and patterns for search, filtering, and discovery across multiple brands. A strong portfolio and enterprise experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio highlighting end-to-end UX/UI design for search or discovery patterns.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to ensure design integrity across live products.
• Experience with enterprise/multi-brand design systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX and visual design for search experiences across platforms.
• Maintain visual alignment with the global design system while adapting components for search interactions.
• Collaborate with core design system team to feed search patterns and guidelines back into the system.
• Partner with product management and engineering to validate usability and feasibility.
• Establish and refine interaction and visual patterns for search, filtering, and discovery.
