Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior UX Designer - Customer Experience to join our Experience team, focusing on AI-enabled workflows and end-to-end customer experiences. This remote role requires strong analytical and communication skills and collaboration with product, engineering, and business units.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in CX/UX/service design or related fields, plus experience removing workflow friction and applying AI-first design approaches across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years in CX/UX/service design/product management/digital transformation.
Proven experience designing AI-first workflows and complex end-to-end experiences.
Ability to remove workflow friction across multiple products or processes.

Responsibilities

Lead design of AI-enabled workflows and assess where AI assistants reduce manual effort.
Conduct customer research, journey mapping, and operational analysis to identify opportunities.
Translate business requests into defined workflow challenges and success criteria.
Define AI behavior models, interaction patterns, and human-in-the-loop considerations.
Create service blueprints and journey models linking front-stage and back-stage operations.
