Job summary

CXAI is hiring a Senior UX Designer to own end-to-end design for mobile and web apps in a startup-like environment. You will shape AI-powered experiences, establish design culture, and mentor peers while collaborating with product and engineering to deliver high-impact interfaces.

You will drive usability testing, refine flows, and contribute to scalable design systems, ensuring accessibility and consistency across dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience for mobile and web applications.
• Experience defining and expanding design systems, components, and patterns.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to advocate for design decisions.
• Ability to translate complex problems into intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Comfortable collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Experience with accessibility-first design and AI-driven contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects from concept through execution.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design visualizations accessible to diverse user groups.
• Prototype and test ideas to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to validate solutions via usability testing and iteration.
• Own and evolve our design system and visualization standards across applications.
